CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them under the conditions stated below.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PERIOD

According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The product you wish to return must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and undamaged.

  • Packaging and Labeling: The product must be returned in its original packaging/box, with any standard accessories and product labels intact.

  • Invoice: The product invoice (or a printout of the e-invoice) must be sent along with the product during the return process. For orders with corporate invoices, the transaction cannot be processed without a "Return Invoice" issued by the company.

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

  • Custom-made products prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

  • For hygienic reasons; underwear, swimwear, bikinis (if the protective seal has been opened), etc.

  • Products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us at maia@klotho.com.tr or by phone at 0536 699 13 10 to request a return.

  2. Pack the product and its invoice securely to prevent damage.

  3. Please send the package to the following return address via our contracted shipping company.

5. REFUND

Once the product you returned reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. For approved returns, the product price will be refunded to you within 14 days via the method you used for payment (credit card or bank transfer). Depending on your bank's processes, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. SHIPPING FEES

  • Defective Product: If the product arrives faulty or defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.

  • Returns Due to Reasons for Absence: In cases of returns made under the right of withdrawal (e.g., size not fit, cancellation), who is responsible for covering the shipping cost may vary depending on the shipping company used and the terms of the campaign. Please contact us before shipping.
