SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. SHIPPING PROCESS

At KLOTHO TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ , it is important to us that your orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders placed through our website enter the preparation process after payment confirmation is received. Your orders are carefully packaged and handed over to our contracted shipping company.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Our average delivery time throughout Turkey is 3 (three) business days.

  • Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or increased workload caused by the shipping company, delivery times may rarely change.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are determined based on the order total and promotional conditions during the ordering process. "Free Shipping" offers may be available for orders above a certain amount. You can view the current shipping cost on the payment page.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing the Tracking Number to your registered email address and/or phone number. You can use this number to track your package's status in real-time on the shipping company's website.

5. WARNING ABOUT DAMAGED PACKAGES AND DELIVERY

Please note the following when the shipping company delivers your package:

  • Check the package for any damage such as crushing, tearing, wetting, or opening.

  • If the package is damaged, have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Report" and do not accept the package.

  • Products for which a damage report has been filed will be returned to us, and replacements will be shipped as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for damaged products received without a damage report being filed.
